Chefs John Burton-Race and Michael Caines battle to create a menu fit for a Queen. Joy and disappointment are on the menu today because it's judgement day in the South West round. John and Michael have gone head-to-head in the kitchen all week and today the three judges Matthew Fort, Prue Leith and Oliver Peyton judge the food and the overall menus to decide who'll be representing the South West in the final and who's going home with their tail between their legs.
