Sunshine
This sci-fi film is directed by Danny Boyle with a screenplay by Alex Garland who worked together on Trainspotting. The film is set in 2057, the sun is dying and mankind faces extinction. Earth’s last hope lies with the Icarus II, a spacecraft with a crew of eight men whose mission is to deliver a nuclear bomb to reignite the fading sun.

American Youth
This is Phil Lamarche’s debut novel. It tells the story of a boy living in New Hampshire who is involved in a tragic shooting accident and as a result becomes embroiled with a sinister group of boys who call themselves ‘American Youth’.
