As part of ±«Óãtv Radio 1’s Dance Weekend, ±«Óãtv Radio 1 returns to Ibiza and 528 for another huge night of the best dance acts.

Taking place on Friday 2nd August, this special event will have 2 stages including a Radio 1 Main Stage and Radio 1 Dance stage.

Ticket Prices:

Tickets are priced at €41 plus a €5 booking fee (per ticket) and there is a maximum of 6 tickets per customer.

The booking fee is retained by xceed and contributes to operational costs including card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs.

Event Restrictions:

You need to be aged 18 or over to attend this event.

You will be asked for photographic ID at the entrance. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport or a valid EU photo card driving license.

Please note there is no readmission to the venue once the event has started.

Tickets will be available to book from xceed via the link below. If you try and access the ticketing links before this time, no tickets will show up as being available.

xceed is the official ticketing agent for this event and will handle ticket sales on behalf of the ±«Óãtv.

The ±«Óãtv is not responsible for the content of 3rd party sites and you will be subject to when providing your data in order to buy tickets.

Tickets are only confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email. We will post updates to alert you if tickets sell out via our ±«Óãtv Radio 1 social accounts.

All tickets for this event will be e-tickets. You will be able to access and download your e-ticket(s) via your confirmation email.

We strongly recommend that you do not risk buying tickets that are being resold on secondary ticketing sites or privately. In addition to the above we cannot guarantee that tickets are genuine or if they are tickets that have previously been cancelled. Those who resell tickets are breaking the Terms & Conditions they agreed to during the booking process and we reserve the right to cancel their tickets.

Accessibility:

±«Óãtv Radio 1 aims to make its events accessible as possible for customers with accessibility requirements.

Please be aware that 528 Ibiza has its own pre-existing set of accessible facilities, including: access points for wheelchairs, three accessible toilets and stage viewing areas with limited seating that operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Venue stewards and security will be on hand to help accessible customers to these areas, if needed.

Travel:

All ticket holders are advised to use the free shuttle bus services provided for this event.
Shuttle buses will operate to and from San Antonio, free of charge for all ticket holders.
Check back nearer the time for more information on travel.

Food & Drink:

A variety of food and drink options will be available to purchase from inside the venue.

Prohibited Items:

Ticketholders are not permitted to bring any of the following into the venue:

  • Any food, soft drinks, alcohol or refreshment containers.
  • Drugs (including legal highs) and other controlled substances - anyone found to be in possession of illegal substances will be ejected.
  • Anything else that interferes with the event or the enjoyment of the event by others, compromises public safety or could be used as an offensive weapon.
  • Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment, zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices.

Event Terms & Conditions

Xceed are the official ticketing partner for this event and will issue tickets on behalf of the ±«Óãtv (the “Event Organiser”).

The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions - anyone failing to comply with these conditions may be removed from the premises and have their ticket invalidated:

1. Tickets are priced at €41 each plus a booking fee of €5 per ticket charged by the ticketing agent.

2. A valid ticket will be required to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the venue. Tickets for the event are issued electronically and must be printed at home or displayed on a mobile device to gain entry. The venue reserves the right of admission refusal at all times.

3. Readmission will not be permitted once ticketholders leave the venue. Once you have left the venue, you will not be able to return.

4. Customers can purchase no more than 6 tickets for this event – please be aware that this will be checked and multiple purchases will be cancelled.

5. This event is for those aged 18 years old and over. Proof of age will be requested upon entry so please make sure you bring photographic ID with you. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport or valid EU photo card driving licence.

6. The last entry to the event is 21:00. Entry to the venue after 21:00 may be refused.

7. The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. We also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification. If the event is postponed, the Organiser will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event. Ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.

8. The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission by the Event Organiser.

9. This is a multi-artist event. Not all of the names of those performing will be announced ahead of tickets being made available to the public and all ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.

10. Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the Event Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred by the ticketholder including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs. In the event of cancellation of the entire event, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded via the ticket agent the tickets were purchased through.

12. Any personal data customers provide as part of the purchase of tickets for this event will be collected and retained by ticket agent for this event, Xceed. Xceed are the Data Controller and Processor for this event and will collect and retain personal data of the members of public who have purchased tickets in accordance with their terms and conditions.

13. Tickets may not be re-sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation except the ±«Óãtv. Each ticket carries an individual security bar code. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue.

14. Audio and visual content from this event will be broadcast on ±«Óãtv Radio 1, ±«Óãtv iPlayer and associated social media platforms. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, photography and / or audio recording of this event and / or any element thereof in any / all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.

15. Alcohol will be on sale in the venue, if you look under 21 please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age - the only forms of ID acceptable will be a valid EU photo driving licence or a passport.

16. The venue reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the venue may be ejected. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.

17. The organisers reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf. Refunds will not be issued to anyone who is ejected from the venue.

18. Ticketholders are not permitted to bring any of the following articles into the venue: refreshments or refreshment containers, animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), knives, fireworks, laser devices, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), megaphones, luggage or oversized bags, cushions, air-horns, sound systems, flares, cans, bottles or glass containers, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass vessels, poles, selfie-sticks, chairs, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos or unofficial tabards, and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety.

19. No food, alcohol, water or soft drinks may be taken into the venue(s).

20. All drugs, including legal highs, are prohibited at Radio 1 Dance: Ibiza events. Ticket holders may be rejected/ejected from the event and handed over to the police if found in possession and a refund will not be provided. Sniffer dogs may be in operation.

21. Smoke effects, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at any time during this event. WARNING - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.

22. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.

23. If before or during the event you have a complaint in relation to the event (including without limitation in relation to your ability to view the event), please contact us or a steward promptly since complaints are very difficult to deal with after the event.

24. Tickets purchased via the Xceed website are subject to . In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of Xceed and the Event Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail. The ±«Óãtv is not responsible for the content of third party websites.

25. You will be subject to when providing your data in order to buy tickets. The ±«Óãtv is not responsible for the content of third party websites. Any personal data exchanged with Xceed is held by Xceed as controller and processor.

26. Admission to this event is subject to the terms and conditions; and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government on the date of the event. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you agree to this.
