±«Óãtv Two orders a second series of Episodes

The ±«Óãtv and Hat Trick Productions are delighted to announce the recommission of the critically acclaimed Episodes for ±«Óãtv Two. The series will again be penned by the highly talented writing duo of David Crane (Friends) and Jeffery Klarik (Mad About You).

Matt LeBlanc, Tamsin Greig and Stephen Mangan are all set to return. The unexpected turn of events at the end of the first series sees our British couple staying in Hollywood, to work on their TV show and deal with the aftermath of Bev's one-night stand with Matt: But will they live to regret their decision?

Janice Hadlow, Controller of ±«Óãtv Two, says: "The first series was a great success and I'm delighted to have more Episodes on ±«Óãtv Two."

Cheryl Taylor, Controller of ±«Óãtv Comedy Commissioning, adds: "We have been delighted by the response to Matt LeBlanc's brilliantly funny and nuanced performance in Episodes. Matt, Tamsin Greig and Stephen Mangan have added their own special magic to the brilliantly distinctive world created by David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik and we are thrilled by the prospect of playing host to them again on ±«Óãtv Two next year."

Jimmy Mulville, Managing Director, Hat Trick Productions, says: "At the end of the first series the writers have placed our three protagonists in the middle of comedy hell. Like the rest of the audience I can't wait to see what is going to happen to them!"

The series is a Hat Trick/Crane Klarik production for the ±«Óãtv and Showtime Networks. It has been recommissioned by Janice Hadlow, Controller of ±«Óãtv Two and ±«Óãtv Controller of Comedy Commissioning, Cheryl Taylor. The series will be executive produced by Jimmy Mulville, David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik and Simon Wilson for the ±«Óãtv.
