New look for afternoons on Radio Leeds
A new look has been revealed to weekday afternoons on ±«Óãtv Radio Leeds.
Managing editor Rozina Breen confirmed the radio station will be changing its schedule in the afternoons as part of its ongoing commitment to providing listeners with consistent quality journalism.
She said: "We are moving towards stronger and more distinctive journalism, and the schedule change reflects a wider ±«Óãtv strategy for success. We sincerely hope and believe our listeners will enjoy the new sound of ±«Óãtv Radio Leeds in the afternoons."
The changes announced mean that Radio Leeds will feature the following programmes in the afternoons:
12noon-3.00pm: Lunchtime Show featuring all the latest top stories from around West Yorkshire
3.00pm-6.00pm Drive (5.00-6.00pm dedicated to quality speech)
6.00pm-7.00pm Daily Sports Show with insights from our top sports team
