Safety adviser falls from ladder
A video has been posted on YouTube of a health and safety adviser falling from a ladder after he apparently failed to observe correct safety procedures for climbing a ladder.
Morrison PLC, which is contracted by Gateshead Housing Group, said it had suspended Paul Cavanagh while an investigation was carried out.
