Help

Helena Bonham Carter, who lost out on an Academy Award for best supporting actress at this year's Oscars, has revealed she believes "people like you more if you lose".

The actress was nominated for her role as Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, in The King's Speech, which picked up best director, best picture, best screenplay and best actor for Colin Firth.

The best supporting actress award went to Melissa Leo for her role in boxing biopic The Fighter, which was also honoured with a best supporting actor award for her co-star Christian Bale.
