TNK businessman Viktor Vekselberg "still upset" with BP

One of the Russian investors in the TNK-BP joint venture has told the ±«Óãtv he is still upset with BP.

Speaking to the ±«Óãtv's Tanya Beckett, Viktor Vekselberg indicated he and his partners would be willing to sell their stakes in the oil venture.

The comments follow a ruling from a Swedish arbitration panel last month, which upheld a court injunction on an Arctic exploration deal that BP had signed with Russian state-owned oil firm Rosneft.

The panel agreed that the new deal broke promises BP had made to its Russian partners - including Mr Vekselberg - when they first established the TNK-BP joint venture.
