Some TVs may sign users out of their ±«Óãtv accountÌýwhich means they have to sign in again each time they use ±«Óãtv iPlayer.ÌýThis appears to be caused by a device storage problem on the TV, which clears out the stored sign-in data automatically.Ìý
If you're experiencing this behaviour, please check to see if a firmware/system update is available for your TV. You can usually check forÌýupdates in the Settings menu of your TV, usually under 'system,' 'update' or 'firmware.' If you're unsure, contact your TV's manufacturer or check the TV manual.
