Satay-style dipping sauce
Coconut dipping sauce is perfect for crunchy veg sticks or spring rolls, especially at parties or film nights. Add as much or as little sweet chilli sauce as you like, depending on how much spice you can eat!

- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
