Roasted broccoli

Method
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Heat an ovenproof griddle pan until smoking hot. Place the broccoli into the pan and drizzle with the oil.
Grill for two minutes on each side then transfer to the oven for five minutes, until cooked through.
