Cucumber, dill and mustard sauce
The Hairy Bikers fresh dill sauce goes brilliantly with smoked salmon and is ready in just 5 minutes.
Method
Whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, olive oil and fresh dill. Stir through the chopped cucumber. Serve.
