2 carrots, peeled and sliced in half lengthways

1 tbsp dried red chilli flakes, plus extra to sprinkle

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 large parsnips, trimmed, peeled and quartered

Cooking ingredients

salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp runny honey

Dairy, eggs and chilled

1 tsp butter, melted
