Susan
Susan is a keen amateur baker who has previously worked as a sales manager and now works part-time for the National Trust. Susan’s recipe, the Four nations pudding, was shortlisted for the Jubilee Pudding competition in 2022. She lives in Argyll and Bute in Scotland with her dog Dexter.
