Portia Spooner is a home economist and recipe developer. She writes, develops and tests recipes for television, cookbooks, online and magazines, including working with Rick Stein on his cookbooks and ±«Óãtv TV series. She has a great interest in adapting everyday recipes to make them gluten-free, as her daughter has coeliac disease.
