Antonio Carluccio

Antonio Carluccio was a leading authority on Italian cooking and the author of nineteen cookery books.

With his ex-wife Priscilla, he founded the Italian food shop, Carluccio’s, and the series of Carluccio Caffès. Antonio was awarded an OBE and was also given the Commendatore award by the Italian government for his contribution to Italian food.

At the end of 2012 he published his memoirs, Antonio Carluccio’s A Recipe for Life. He also appeared back on the ±«Óătv for the hit series Two Greedy Italians where he once again visited Italy.

Antonio Carluccio died in November 2017.
