Toes will be tapping as Mexican conductor, Carlos Miguel Prieto, joins ±«Óãtv NOW to kick off the new season with flare, featuring works from his home country.

Highlights include Danzon No. 2 by Arturo Márquez, inspired by Cuban dance and his visit to a ballroom in the Mexican state of Veracruz, and ³§±ð²Ô²õ±ð³¾²¹²âá by Revueltas, based on the poem of the same title by the Cuban poet Nicolás Guillén.

We also welcome back ±«Óãtv New Generation Artist Eivind Holtsmark Ringstad to perform Walton’s Viola Concerto, a piece that confirmed the composer’s position as one of Britain’s finest.
