If you have received tickets and are no longer able to use them, you can let us know by clicking the unique cancellation link on your eticket(s), which will take you to our online ticket cancellation form.
This allows you to cancel all of your tickets or just some of them. We can then give the tickets to someone else who applied.
For our Virtual Audience Events, the tickets are a little different so it's best to contact us via our ±«Óãtv Shows and Tours page on X (formerly known as Twitter)Ìýor the ±«Óãtv Questions webpage.
Cancelling tickets won't have any impact on any future applications.
