Because of the ±«Óãtv’s position as a publicly funded organisation it is not permissible for contributors to use ±«Óãtv logos, brands or other ±«Óãtv intellectual property to promote their participation. This means that you cannot, for example, use the ±«Óãtv logo or a programme logo on promotional literature, product packaging, vehicle livery or on your website.
A short, factually accurate statement such as “as seen on ±«Óãtv Dragons’ Den” or “±«Óãtv Radio 1 album of the week” may be permissible provided that it is not used in any way to suggest that the ±«Óãtv or the programme endorses or promotes you, your products or your services. If in doubt, please fill in the online request form including as much detail as possible about what you need.
When you fill in the form, you must also upload a copy of the text or a visual of your design concept, if relevant, so that we can understand the context in which you are proposing to use our assets.
You are also entitled to link to our website (text hyperlink only), as long as you do not do so in a way which suggests ±«Óãtv endorsement. You must not use a ±«Óãtv logo or banner to link to our site.
