Watch out, there's a warden about!
Holywell Town Council have been putting aside cash to employ their own traffic warden from April to help deal with parking problems in the town. Is it that bad? I hear parking's a problem on the main street in Flint - with motorists pulling up on the double yellows - but, as far as we know, people haven't been grumbling about problems in Holywell. Can you tell us different?
