Bellamy donates cash to Wrexham

The board at today issued a statement on the club website thanking Wales & Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy who has made a "very generous donation" towards their fight against relegation.
Bellamy tells the website: "Being a proud Welshman and supporter of Welsh football, I feel it's important that Wrexham retain their place in The Football League and I hope this gesture can help."
According to , the cash helped Wrexham - one place off the bottom of the Football League - to sign three players on loan as they seek to avoid dropping into the Conference.
