The court case begins in a few minutes, at 10am. Michael writes:

"A group of depositors - perhaps as many as 40, mostly British - have travelled to the Isle of Man for a court hearing that will decide how much money they'll get following the failure of an Icelandic bank on the island last year. Thousand of people lost vast sums of money - some millions - but most have not received a penny in compensation due to the way the IOM has dealt with the collapse of the bank. Today's court hearing is likely to determine whether the bank should be formally liquidated or whether an alternative scheme should be offered to depositors. They're all furious, including a woman from Surrey who's lost a seven figure amount in the bank."
