    re. the SuperCasino, the unlimited jackpot slot machines are the thing that will be a killer. Without those I would be more in favour of the plan.

    Manchester City (the football club) should do well out of this as the casino will be built right next door to it - this will undoubtedly improve the currently awful public transport links into the immediate area. Perhaps the casino owners will takeover the club?

    To do this you need to know what operating system you use e.g. XP and what your audio device is - go into Device Manager to find it, then look it up on the web where you should be able to download the latest version and also check for conflicts with anything you've changed recently.

    As one who recently worked in casinos, I am interested in the comment that there will be lots of job opportunities for the deprived area of Manchester. For the past 4 or 5 years, casino businesses have been actively recruiting in european countries such as Hungary, Poland etc, because it is almost impossible to recruit here. People do not want to work the night hours for the money. In my experience, Manchester was one of the hardest places to recruit - so watch out for an influx of eastern europeans (who have been found to be excellent workers, by the way).
