Gay Life, Gay Death in Iraq.
Listener Hilary emails to say, Hi, I have been looking at the Gay and Lesbian Christian Movement website and came across a link to this short film- .I think it was on You tube.It makes devastating viewing and to think that our soldiers are risking everything for a society that has become significantly worse for gays and transexuals has worried me so much that I just have to 'pass it on'. This is really not right, and no-one is speaking up for gays and lesbians in Iraq etc, out of fear of reprisal. Maybe you could do something with this story?
Well we're working on it. I've been talking to this group - their blog is very disheartening reading. I also think Hilary points to a really interesting issue in her email when she talks about the military. If you've served in Iraq do you agree with Hilary's view? The film
