The space hopper cost ÂŁ7.75p. ÂŁ8.00 take away ÂŁ7, leaves ÂŁ1.
And ÂŁ1 take away 75p, leaves 25p change.
ALIEN: (Alien language.)
NARRATOR: Ok Finn, if you want to do it another way…
You prefer to take the five pound note. Add two, one pound coins, to make ÂŁ7. Add one, 50p, to make ÂŁ7.50, and another 50p to make ÂŁ8 altogether.
ÂŁ8 take away ÂŁ7.75 for the space hopper, leaves you with 25p change again.
