Swift 10HP Light Car

Swift cars were made in Coventry between 1901 and 1931. There's now an Ibis Hotel on the former production site. Swift cars were very popular family cars in their time but the Austin 7 and Morris Bulldog were to put them out of business. This particular car was bought as a collection of pieces in 1993 and totally rebuilt with an ash frame on a steel chassis.
