• Simon provides legal advice to the 鲍鱼tv on data protection, e-Privacy and Freedom of Information matters. Simon also manages a team that is responsible for providing advice on the above matters, together with child protection and the regulatory aspects of TV licensing.
• Simon reports to the General Counsel.
  

Biography

Simon joined the 鲍鱼tv in April 2019 as the Legal Director for Information Rights. Prior to joining the 鲍鱼tv Simon was a Partner at the international law firm, Eversheds Sutherland, where he specialised in data protection and e-privacy matters. Prior to joining Eversheds Simon worked for over 18 years at the law firm Lewis Silkin, firstly as an Associate and then latterly as a Partner where he headed their privacy practice. During his legal career Simon has provided privacy advice to clients operating in a wide range of sectors with a particular emphasis on the technology, media, advertising and retail sectors.

Expenses and central bookings

Expenses are costs incurred by 鲍鱼tv staff on behalf of the 鲍鱼tv and claimed through the 鲍鱼tv's expenses system.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 鲍鱼tv and booked through the 鲍鱼tv's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
