Roles and responsibilities

  • Sarah is responsible for leading a wide range of HR services to colleagues across the organisation from the ±«Óãtv HR Service Centre.
  • Sarah is also accountable for leading specialist HR services such as Immigration, Case Management and services delivered through HR supplier contracts.

Biography

Sarah became HR Director for the HR Service Centre in October 2016. Her remit then increased to cover other areas of HR Operations including the Support at Work team. Sarah previously worked in a variety of HR and business improvement roles across retail, financial services and telecoms industries. Sarah is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Non-Exec Director at a national sports governing body.

Annual remuneration (as at July 2023)

  • £185,000-£189,999

Expenses are costs incurred by ±«Óãtv staff on behalf of the ±«Óãtv and claimed through the ±«Óãtv's expenses system.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the ±«Óãtv and booked through the ±«Óãtv's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
