Roles and responsibilities
- As Senior Controller of ±«Óãtv News International Services, Liliane Landor is the Director of the ±«Óãtv World Service and oversees ±«Óãtv Monitoring and the ±«Óãtv’s international charity, ±«Óãtv Media Action.
- As a member of News Group Board, she is part of the executive team leading ±«Óãtv News and Current Affairs.
- Liliane is responsible for the ±«Óãtv’s global news strategy to accelerate its digital offering and increase impact with audiences around the globe.
Biography
Liliane started in this role in September 2021, joining the ±«Óãtv from Channel 4 News where she was Head of Foreign News, responsible for award-winning high-quality and high-impact journalism. A major part of her journalistic career was built at the ±«Óãtv where she began at the French Service. She went on to present and edit flagship ±«Óãtv World Service programmes before managing language services across Africa and the Middle East. Later, Liliane became Controller of Languages where she was editorially responsible for all non-English language services on radio, TV and online.

Expenses are costs incurred by ±«Óãtv staff on behalf of the ±«Óãtv and claimed through the ±«Óãtv's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the ±«Óãtv and booked through the ±«Óãtv's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
