- Irene is the Global HR Director for ±«Óãtv News & Current Affairs covering the scope of UK and International
- She is a key member of News Board, working closely with the Senior Leadership teams across the ±«Óãtv to design, develop deliver the HR strategy as well as lead on HR initiatives, policies and processes to improve the employee experience
Biography
Irene has led large scale business transformation, integration and organisational restructure programmes and created people strategies for a range of organisations. She has extensive experience in Leading HR teams as Head of HR, Business Transformation and Organisational Effectiveness roles for various multinationals, including Tullow Oil, Vodafone, Standard Bank, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Serco.
She is an award winning HR professional with multiple industry accolades, and is FMCIPD qualified, with an Executive MBA and Master’s in Human Resources Management.

Expenses are costs incurred by ±«Óãtv staff on behalf of the ±«Óãtv and claimed through the ±«Óãtv's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the ±«Óãtv and booked through the ±«Óãtv's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
