The Operations Committee has delegated authority to provide assurance to the Executive on delivery of the ±«Óãtv’s strategic priorities. In particular it covers: implementation, co-ordination and delivery of key strategic pan-±«Óãtv projects; review and approval of pan-±«Óãtv policies on operational and professional service matters; and matters relating to compliance with financial, regulatory and operational obligations, as reported to the Board and its Committees.
The Ops Co meets monthly, with agendas alternating between oversight of strategic projects and assurance on risk, delivery, improvement and effectiveness. The Committee reports to the Executive Committee on its activities and makes recommendations for approval at ExCo where appropriate.
