Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke provides a range of care and support services for people living with chest, heart and stroke conditions and their carers. This work includes family support, rehab exercise and wellness programmes alongside educational initiatives for schools and workplaces – helping people to find out about healthy living choices and their importance in preventing illness.
